MMM a real WAC?
They were as rare as hens teeth even when I went to PNG in the mid 80s - reason being the WAC printing plates were sent to PNG at Independence and were ruined pretty quick...rumour had it on the first printing run...spare set sent and same happened. Real WACs were prized personal possessions NEVER lent out. If you truly have a digitised PNG WAC I would love a copy
Derated those Uni of Texas ONCs are VERY old.
Oh...and 'typos' on the enroute charts in PNG were ALWAYS a feature - every time a new one was issued a copy would be taped to the crew room wall and we would all stand around amending it with the true LSALTs, magnetic tracks, distances etc and then send it back to DCA. Never seemed to make a lot of difference.
When a new IAL procedure was issued we always flew it in clear air first - there were several over the years that would have resulted in CFIT had you trusted them straight out of the box
