Some of the problem is the ATC but a big problem is all the non standard RT in use and basically the use of busy RT channels like a CB radio.
There is a big problem already of frequency congestion, without everyone "hey Captain, happy landing captain"
Thank god they are now starting to use CPDLC on some routes!
