Tamaruddeen because all it is, is a bit of logic , MAS has screwed this country for decades
now those same people with the indoctrination given to them there have moved some place else but their arrogance remains - of course its not fair to say all the pilots at MAS are arrogant i personally know a lot who are genuine
but you must have some iota of thinking"i`m better than the rest "
to go to a new company and straight into management role and instructorship when you had neither at your previous company. Infact alot of those guys as i alluded to earlier actually had their TRE and TRI yanked from them
as they were deemed too damn nasty and aggressive while performing their duties never forget what goes around comes around ,aviation is an extremely small community it will catch up to you eventually.
