CabinCrewe - I guessed they would be around for a while and had heard rumours of a refurb. Is this to domestic, SH or LH spec?

Having worked on the attempt to get rid of the 767s to the RAF I guess I just don't like flying on them. Had a particularly awful flight back from IAD one time. Like many of the 744s (love this acft) they are getting rather long in the tooth now but I guess the economics of business life today mean they have to fly on for some years yet. Like the 737s at LGW.

I'm not BA knocking, by the way, I'm a very frequent flyer on both short and long haul. Will continue to do so.

And to those who suggest keeping the BMI 330s, unless the all too regular technical problems can be sorted, I really wouldn't bother. Reliability and punctuality on the RUH sector was, in recent months, quite apalling as a result!
