Regarding LGW and short-haul, I suspect the extra 56 bmi slot pairs at LHR has changed the dynamic considerably.
KW said that 1/3rd of the bmi slots would eventually be converted to long-haul leaving a lot of extra short-haul capacity at LHR to be filled.
Leeds-Bradford and Rotterdam took most people by surprise so who knows what is next?!
