BACF to IOM
BACF will launch a new service from IOM to LCY from 28MAY12 initially the service will operate on a Embraer E170. Frequency will increase to up to 3 daily from 25JUN12 and operational aircraft will be provided by a 50 seater Eastern Airways’ Saab 2000 aircraft.
Before entering service on the route the S2000 will be painted into BA colours. The aircraft will be flown by T3 flight crew. With the onboard cabin service being provided by BACF crew.
Sounds like BACF are leasing the aircraft for a while especially since they are training there crew on it.
