Do any of the countries require a JAA licence? That one is new to me.
Limiting yourself to the french side only is a stupid move. As long as you have ICAO lvl 4 English then you are fine. Or are you going to limit yourself to french speaking countries for the rest of your life?
And again I ask, why are you leaving Canada? There is tons of jobs there at the moment with all the Captains from 703/704 ops being taken into Westjet and Air Canada.
Or do you not want to leave Quebec?
