Another video shows a giant field to the left side of the building 4000ft X 2500 ft several thousand feet behind that power lines, in front of the building a nice area that you could land a few chinooks.
on one video they removed the tail rotor with the gearbox & shaft. then later on the way down it's reassembled

All the 300s I've seen normaly have the tail boom cut off when the auto comes to an end,
This one is not the typical "emergency " landing.
