Looking back at the CAA stats for 2007 and AGP carried 42k pax - 35 of them on scheduled services.
So the demand is there I would say but I don't think there is enough routes that ABZ could support on a 2x weekly operation.
I can only think AGP, ALC and BCN. An aircraft would probably need to be based and 3 routes at 2x weekly of course isn't going to warrant a based aircraft. And Jet2 or easyjet aren't going to bother shifting aircraft around for a small time op at ABZ.
