Meaning something like:
- This is an offer we did not have earlier. Back then we did not take on pilots that had not a type rating on the 737. Now we invite non rated pilots. We give them a contract so that they can do their training with us under a "cost reduction"
wich in practice means less pay.
Soon other operators will have to follow the trend in order to stay competitive.
