Personally i like it here! Sure there could be improvements, but as the company grows and learns with that will hopefully come maturity.
HR have had a hell of a time with recruitment, not just pilots but loads of cabin crew, engineers, grounds staff etc etc, all needing references , passes issued. I appreciate that its not nice on the people waiting to hear or frustrated with the recruitment process, but give the guys a break, they have limited resources and are working flat out to try and make it work.
