Respected management by all pilots?? dont make me laugh! I left that dreadful company for a much better place too, however i still have many friends there, the Chief pilot (who i believe is about to step down) is and was utterly despised by many and filled most posts with his cronies, the ops director is considered a bumbling clown (when i was in BA blah blah etc). I hear at least you are getting a decent guy with the new Chief pilot though.

You are correct, a new Chief Pilot took over on the 1st, and is well respected as are the rest of the flying managers now, so things have changed since you left. All looking a little better now even through those rose tinted glasses
