You are almost correct in your synopsis of areas to be concerned about, but as I said it is not unique to Jet2 - people swap and change, some more than others.
My guess is Jet2 was your first company and you have moved on to bigger and better things - good for you, but please don't come on here rubbishing one of the few loco's in the UK to be actually recruiting pilots and giving a wage rise!
I've been flying for Jet2 for 6 years now and have had very few complaints. If you were unlucky enough to be someone who has had to move base or didn't quiet make the cut for command then I understand your bitterness, but I ask again, please don't taint everyone with your misfortunes or experiences as I can honestly say you are in the minority as most people here enjoy the job, especially the people we work with!
For what it's worth the current management team is by far the best we have ever had, and from what I and most others can fathom have no desires to leave their current posts soon.......
