JS policy in effect lots of service from Delta, Continental, American, US Air, Northwest.
NR loads are seasonal but peak is usually around 80% so generally no problem.
Cayman Airways will usually allow you to
JS on a full flight but you generally have to buy an ID 75 but usually they will issue it right on the spot which is a good back up. They currently operate out of Houston, Miami and Tampa.
