you already got many advices

Hi Yuvraj

our brothers in this forum has already posted their advices. Its up to you to take the most important decision. Dont jump into conclusions just with CAE/Indigo as somebody pointed out in a previous post that You cannot rely on this industry. Changes can happen anytime. you will never know whether the association with Indigo/cae will last or not. Also with the last nails on Kingfisher's coffin is about to be hammered around 600-700 Pilots (Remember experienced pilots....) will be into the pool of unemployed pilots. Automatically they will move into the front liners for getting absorbed.

Sadly, The capacity Vs Demand Ratio is very poor in India (Even though people will not accept it) and this KFA crisis will add more holes in it. Result even half of them will remain in the pool decreasing the chances of freshers........

you cannot criticize airlines for all these issues for the simple reason. Every body wants the best manpower required for the company. Think in the shoes of a promoter who will definitely prefer a pool of well experienced pilots even if he has to pay more rather than absorbing freshers and spending huge money on training them.

But above all these the passion of flying is something that will never leave your mind if you are too much on it. Think many times brother before joining, because you are risking the hard earned money of your parents who has struggled many years to earn it..... Still if you have the will power & confidence and the heart to expect the worst then go for it......

All the Best
