I left.......and have never looked back
If I left an airline I hated working at I sure as sh#t wouldn't keep visiting the forum occupied by their employees after I'd gone. No regrets? Hmmm. Angst? Most definitely. There is a lesson right there.
If you feel leaving is the best option for you then do it, like all airlines these days it's just a job, but don't look back like we see others doing.
As far as I'm concerned I go to work and go home and get on with my life on my days off. My circle of friends include only a few good CX people and the money goes in the bank every month, just like it has from the day I joined.
Before you leave try asking yourself what is it that you want to get out of this job and is it attainable somewhere else? Maybe the entire line of work is wrong for you?
