998sfe is right.. they are protecting there own. Basically there are a huge number of CPL pilots in MAlaysia, cant get jobs, and there is not a lot airlines in malaysia looking for pilots..MAS and AirAsia..like there cadets. Some of these guys are also son and daughters government officials etc.. you get my drift.
Recently MAS did hire expat FO. but only type rated with hours on type. but now these guys are getting the chop.. since the restructuring of MAS.
Honestly Malaysia is not the best place for expat for pilots. best not to waste your precious time on earth with this place... if you have a grudge let it go.. find peace... you will never be accepted in as a FO in airasia or MAS.
If you really want to fly in malaysia.. the only way.. MARRY a malaysian woman and get
PR. airasia will accept you.. MAS is another story..
