2、Constitution of the Foreign Pilot Remuneration
The remuneration of the foreign pilots include: basic monthly salary, scale wage (for FO), Position
Allowance, Layover Allowance, Contract Safely Completion Bonus (for Captain), etc. All items listed below
are pre-tax and the pilot is obligated to pay the income tax according to the applicable tax law and
regulations. The company is required to deduct the monthly withholding tax from the pilots’ salary, but bear
no responsibility other than this. 外籍飞行员的薪酬项目包括：基本工资、级别工资（适用于副驾驶）、职务
津贴、异地驻勤补贴、安全服务奖金（适用于机长）等。本规定中的待遇项目均为税前水平，根据中国适用
的税法和法规，由外籍飞行员自行承担个人所得税税款，公司负责代扣代缴，但不承担除此之外的任何责任。
