First of all Private jet owners don't entertain freshers quite easily specially in case where there is no aviation cell in the company, you can of-course try your luck in general aviation, like operators having VLJ, turboprop, Certain general aviation company like to hire low time pilots to improve their crew availability, but low time or freshers for them typically may mean 500-1000hr. and they mostly prefer defense pilots for their proven Discipline and punctuality even under pressure which i believe is quite common in this Sector in order to entertain those VIP, VVIP clients.
Even in most cases influence may generally not work quite well in order to get into a firm.
So for fresher in India, paying more attention towards airline or planning on for a flight instructor make more sense is my understanding.
