How in the world did this female manage to tail strike an A-319. You would need a pretty high pitch attitude for you to tail strike a 319.
And the comment on quite a few of the Indian female pilots especially the 21 year old's is spot on. Most (exceptions of course) have gotten through for reasons other than merit and I shudder to think when a REAL emergency occurs and one of these damsels happens to be a captain.
