6 & 2 is NOT a commuting contract. Can someone not start some sort of revolution within the pilot group worldwide so people stop accepting these terms? From all the BS in the Middle East regarding changing T&C's and working pilots to the bone, to these dubious Asian contracts, where does it all end?
Honestly the technology is out there. Can we all just grow a set and start to put our collective feet down and bring the industry up about 10 notches? Last time I checked planes don't fly on there own. If a vegetable seller in Tunisia can be the catalyst for the Arab Spring by setting himself on fire than why can't pilots worldwide not unite for the sake of their profession? (clearly not suggesting anyone set themselves alight) but really.....enough is enough
