If you speak spanish you will rapidly notice that there is already a big scandal regarding the practices in that company: very low salary and you have to pay for uniform, meal, etc, just as Ryanair.

Lots of guys went to Cae madrid and failed.

Of course you have to pay 460 euros, plus 70 euros of taxi from madrid airport (return) and maybe a hotel room at madrid, plus your flight go and back to where you live. If you dont prepare yourself in a simulator, you will sweat a lot . You will be asked to do a Bravo pattern. Then if you pass all, you will need to travel at Barcelona for the interview at your own expense. But disregard that if you dont speak spanish you will not interest them.

Type rating is half paid and deducted on your salary. Expect 2300 euros gross/month for 80 hrs.
You will need to pay your housing during the training and uniform, id, etc... Viva the lowcost. Remember the lowcost has killed the profession.
Flexible roster, 6 legs a day..enjoy.

By the way, the b717 is not produced anymore. This is a totally useless TR to have, but in there are so many jobless pilots who need to fly for peanuts, so there you go!

Good luck
