I tend to agree with you . I am not a huge fan of throwing away my hard earned money (which isn't exactly plentiful anyhow) especially with that many unknown factors . On the other hand , companies offering to finance a Type Rating are not that common anymore ( thanks to the 'wallet wavers' you mentioned earlier ) which is why I'm inquiring .
@DK , I've just heard about the cabin crew wannabes walk out . Not the best start I have to say , that's exactly what I'm worried about
