A senior Grade 3 would get you a job at the moment, but as some one else said, they will consider anyone.
The life style at MDN can get a little dull, but the flying out there is plentyful and enjoyable (and where welse does a grade 3/2 instuctor get that sort of money).
You may here some shocking stories about work conditions, but you must remember that alot of that is from nearly 3 years ago when a certain person was at the helm. It has improved tren fold since then.
