I am in a similar situation to the above posters, thousands of hours, current on the NG/CL, low cost, low risk and happy to relocate
I would have thought a well established company such as J2 would have a good IT/HR department. How difficult can it be to send out a standard Yes/Maybe/PFO email?

From all accounts the online application form is a complete farce. Many applications disappearing into cyberspace.
