A Couple of things you forgot, putting systems in place to ensure, implementing procedures and ensuring, and of course while doing this going forward.
Give it time, it will do the full circle when they find the great people they employ can’t think or fly the plane to well. In fact I hear that is already the case.
I think the world is losing the plot!!!
When we have so many systems in place we can’t get out bed in the morning I am sure the experts will have a rethink!!
