God not this AGAIN...... Dont get remoak started.

Hopefully better now recruit to group has arrived...
Having any flying experience (unless its as cabin crew) is of little value these days.
They are looking for "Air New Zealanders" who passed 6th form english (not me). The critical phase of the interveiw is the HR part. This is generally conducted in a dark room as all members of the HR team have a natural aversion to sunlight. You will be able to spot the HR person by their pale skin, dislike of garlic and their inability to cast a shadow. They will also be constantly trying to justify their job to anyone who will listen. I suggest you use phrases such as "going forward", "brand deliverables" as well as frequent use of the word: positve. Using multiple phrases, IE: "taking positive steps going forward to acheive brand deliverables" will make you a shoe in.

There is also a sim and some tech questions but thats just a formality really.
