But hey emirates may give you a look in, however you'll be trading one ****hole for another (albeit with sky scrapers and fancy retail precincts covering up a population engripped with religious repression). There's always Doha or Abu Dhabi if you want the real 'authentic' experience.
Meanwhile your aussie mates have only just got into an airline but hey, Australian capital city, healthcare, democracy, education, food standards, freedom of speech and religion. All the stuff these same countries citizens are risking voyages at sea in leaky boats to experience.
