That means the possibility of a jet command after roughly five years on type since you left Australia with a bare CPL/CIR.
I imagine under that plan you will have:
1. Some jet time and possibly or possibly not able to be hired by a reputable airline (same old aptitude and sim test stuff) AND
2. Soul completely sold and no morals left to be able to look in the mirror for the rest of your life AND
3. Financially destitute and unable to move on from your forced labour camp.
But I believe that you are correct in saying that Australia is now a dead end for a career.
