I'm 737-300 rated and was thinking about sending my CV there. well, I won't. God, what a hassle at all levels, working seems exhausting, getting paid what is due seems impossible, leaving is a war. I mean what is the point ???? All that is going to cost an awful lot to the airline especially on the training and operational sides. But after all, I think management are not trying to help at all and don't understand who is getting the airline up in the air. Some pieces of reality need to be restated clearly.
By the way, how does it go if pilots go for a good old strike ? (no need for unions to decide not to take the aircraft off the ground)
