Here in 2012, I have to complete 8-09??????????????????????????



And I'm about to embark on my 3rd 4mth OOA in 3yrs!!!!
(Yes the OOA bleaters will harp on about others getting more OOA, but our trade harmony is published at 3-5yr for Sgts!)
