Actually SVG Air is well run airline, at least it was when I was flying down there in 2003 with Carib Star. I lived on St. Vincent and drank many beers with their pilots who liked the job a lot. I had the owner in my jumpseat once and seemed to be a great guy. The pilots were given accommodations, a car, on top of a decent salary.

The chief pilot is probably too busy flying, since it's their busy season and probably gets a lot of emails from prospective pilots. They have in the past hired a lot of Canadians, Aussie and Kiwis, however that's not the case anymore.

If you are not typed on one of their aircraft types forget it, the DCA will never give you a licence validation.
