I managed to get an E-mail for the chief captain, but it looks like this company isn't interested in hiring pilots at all...

The guy never sent me a reply, not even a courtesy one.
When it starts like this you kind of know this might not be the best place to go work for....
I guess the only way is to travel to St Vincent and give it a try....however it's really expensive to do so and to stay there too.
So i'll pass...
FYI, Generally Caribbeans operators aren't interested in hiring pilots who are not from the same exact island, in Trinidad for instance you can have 2000 hours, ATP, TR and all, they would rather hire a brand new CPL from their own who will crash the brand new 737 soon after, same thing in St Marteen, on the french islands it's all good as long as you have JAR, they don't accept FAA or ICEO.......so stuff this, I'm heading to Asia.
In short getting a flying job in the Caribbeans is mission impossible.
