Ok, I see. My employer has just taken on a few dozen A319/320/321 pilots. They fall into two groups. The first are cadets for whom they provide the type rating as a part of their continuation training. As a TRTO it gives them a total input in the advanced training phase of these low hour pilots. The second group are pilots with significant experience on type. That would likely be around a couple of years on line with an established operator. Somewhere in the 1500+ hours on type figure I would suggest.
At this level it is a difficult one I am afraid. Have you tried Wizz, etc?
