You mean like: SOP check rides, landing "training" (READ: checkride), and now CRM check rides?? all on top of the normal bi-annual harrassment rides...
The working environment has been going dramatically downhill for the last few months...
Rules that I understand are already in use now:
1- If you have an altitude bust, you are FIRED.
2- If you have a lighting strike, you are FIRED.
3- If you have a bird strike, you are FIRED.
4- If you have a hard landing, you are FIRED.
5- If you have a loss of communications, you are FIRED.
and now Shenzhen Airlines management is directly asking the Chinese first officers for reports about captains that they don't like?? (these poor guys have been airline pilots now for maybe 2+ years and have between 500-2500 hours AND you are in THEIR captain seat, what are the chances that they would do their best to sink your battle ship with a few bad reports????)
