Why would you go to SZA?
I agree with Heathen and Oceanic. The working environment has been going dramatically downhill for the last few months. I don't know of a single Airbus guy who ISN'T looking to get out.
As Oceanic said, who knows if other Chinese airlines are any better from a QWL standpoint. But, since it sucks here, why not go where you'll make more money. SZA also continues to try to adjust to BELOW the market, never at or above.
The lastest "management" initiatives are the last straw for many of us.
SZA has outright REFUSED to address QWL issues. After all, the Chinese pilots don't complain!!!!
