Around about 80% of the expats have either left or leaving imminently OR wanting to leave ! They cant keep a hold of many due to their (UL) inefficient ways. I think there's two or three that like it though, fair play, each to their own and all that.
Have you not seen their advertisement? Commuting Contracts available on A320 subject to company requirements? Well mate let me tell you there will be no such thing because they're so short of pilots!!!! OH and the commuting is ONLY for Captains! Remember that thread before which turned a bit nasty ? A lot of guys including myself divulged that they love Captains but hate first officers. And there you have the proof of it, slapped in big black and white on their recruitment page!

Look at Any other viable options before considering this bunch!
