A base captain can only run a base with the cooperation of his captains. If its not working out its easier to replace the base captain. Guys you know what to do.
By the way Brookfield FO's cannot be brought in for office duty without payment. If this is happening to you demand payment and back pay for any days you have done. FR contract guys can be brought in because their basic covers it and it's in the contract. However about 95%of FO's are BRK.
