I heard a rumour that the base captain in Dublin is now actively recruiting for permanent positions on an anti-union team to start intimidating people about IALPA/BALPA!!
Base captains are required to spend their time ensuring regulatory compliance, and dealing with operational and safety issues.
So I must assume yer man is putting in free overtime, if this is true!!!
