I do not want to sound too negative here as people reading these posts begin to feel those of us posting are just disgruntled pilots complaining; as we usually do!
I have no clue how the Job Fair will be conducted in Miami but there may be a pilot representative that is currently on contract with one or all of the airlines that attend. Be very careful what these pilots have to say because the are most likely not flying yet; if they were, they would not be in Miami, they would be working!! They are more than likely waiting for documents, paperwork, security clearance, etc.
So if they claim to know how things are "flying the line", if they have not, then they do not know!!
Just be careful what you listen to; that's all I'm saying.
