I'm looking for the obvious: best pay,
pretty easy answer, just compare available offers. careful about "conditional" part of the package as you may not see that money at the end at all. also do not rely on the bonuses. mind that agencies love to present "package" instead of presenting salary. ask them to elaborate in details and suddenly the offers may not sound that appealing.
that's a good one. is there such a thing in China? due to problematic ATC and "flow control" I believe that flying/waiting on ground ratio is somewhere 40/60 at best. this include time spent in company bus in mad traffic, inefficient briefings starting long time before flight and time spent in the airplane due to flow control.
comfortable accommodations,
that is easier part as there are decent apartments in any city. however, at some cities it comes at price.
and decent food poisoning (optional for your family)
Where do I find THAT in China?
LOL
