Definately not, the 3 services have very different roles to play in the air. The AAC is designed to support the Army, a job the RAF would be less able to due as it is not so closely linked. The army would not have the immediate support and firepower it needs, the same applies to the FAA. If you suggest re-splitting the RAF up into different sections then merging would be pointless.
