Conditions of employment:
- CPL or higher
- valid instructor rating
- valid class one medical
- must fly at least 800 hours per year (includes sim)
- 6 weeks annual leave per year
- 20 days sick leave per year
- pay varies:
$24000 for grade three
$28000 for grade two
$32000 for grade one
Add $3800 per year if have CIR and you are based in YMDN
$40000 if training in MECIR phase.
Merredin base until grade one achieved.
