Qantas plane turns back after engine fails
so there has been;
1) a 400 into Weipa

faulty oil pressure indication
3) a 200 into Lord Howe Island

failure at top of descent

Granted the Weipa one was back in 2008, but the last
5 have all been in the last 6 months or so.
Whats going on??
