Portuguese expat pilots will not leave their jobs in the middle east and asia to work for peanuts. The reasons are obvious, a small minority would be willing to accept a downgrade on their current T&C's to live and work in their country ,but not this joke of a contract. Who would accept earning a third of his current salary to move back to a country that is going through what Portugal is going through . I'm sure that this contract does not target these pilots , if it does then we are in the presence of the mother of all screw-ups , who ever came up with it might as well pull a chair while he's waiting .
