I make no comment on your points. I simply submitted some stuff which I Googled so that you would draw your own conclusions. I have to say though that this sort of a disclaimer might be pretty much one you'll find at any training establishment.
I have recommended FTS at Grand Central in the past but it's at least a year since I was out there. Things may well have changed. There may be others who could give you a better heads up.
I thought that hour building was rather different to training? South Africa, at any rate, might not be the best choice for hour building in the world although it probably is on the African continent. Many people go to the States purely for hour building, if only because the US seems to be more practical and accommodating in terms of issuing licence validations. In the States you'd possibly get a PPL validation on your Com but, with respect, if you're a Dubai citizen, you might have trouble getting through their security prior to licence issue.
