737Jock - I have not looked at the details recently, but I believe the €90K is correct. If you have a guaranteed minimum of €90k, then that would appear to be your basic. You may have looked more into the fine print than I have, and I do not want to misrepresent the situation, which I hope I have not. I do accept, however, that it is still a very poor deal, albeit not as poor as the original one. You would have to be desperate to take it, although sadly many people who are desperate to get into easyJet will take it just to get a foot in the door. The sad truth is that they will do their 2 years, and then move to where the money is - not Portugal!
