No its not 90K basic for captain in LIS.
For internal transfers/upgrades a captains minimum of 90K a year is guarenteed, that is basic + flight pay + performance bonus.
However Easyjet expects combined salary will be around 110K for a captain. So that means variable pay is around 33K a year, that's 42% of basic pay.
Basics are:
captain 77K
SFO 50K
FO 42K
SO 35K
All values euro's
The 90K value only applies in the case of making less than 13K in variable pay and possibly only for internal transfers/upgrades. Although that could be grounds for discrimination.
