I can't believe I have subjected myself to this thread for 7 pages, but there are some salient points amongst the dick-swinging: ALL journo's are self serving to$$ers, especially those under the impression that being universally hated by the full time mess members of their Officers' Mess for three years qualifies them to comment in any form, particularly combat effectiveness.
