I am sure the lipo-thingy is no problem but I don't know what the other one you've mentionned is? They usually want to know everything about your medical background to cover you for all possible scenarios, and also some things might be a problem of you are flying often (for instance, why they want your teeth x-ray: bad quality tooth surgery for instance may cause a barotrauma in your tooth, which is extremely painful and in extreme cases may make your tooth burst in your mouth-that is a very bad example and happens in one of one billion cases but it still may happen).
